Return and refund policy

Thanks for shopping with Moiratek. We want you to love what you ordered — here's how returns and replacements work.

To keep things simple and fair, we're not able to offer returns for change of mind, an incorrect size selected, or unwanted gifts, but are 100% guaranteed to refund or replace an item that is misprinted, damaged, or has a manufacturing fault.

Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, email support@moiratek.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund right away.

Sizing issues — We're unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you have any doubts, contact us and we'll help you choose the right fit.

Undelivered orders — If your package doesn't arrive within 30 days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement if required.

Order cancellations — Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
