At Moiratek, every item is printed on demand especially for you.
This helps us reduce waste, stay environmentally conscious, and offer designs that feel personal and meaningful.
Because of this made-to-order model, we do not accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered

Unwanted gifts
However, if there is any issue with the quality of your item, we will always put it right.
Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery at:
support@moiratek.com
Include:

A photo of the issue
-
A brief description
We will arrange a free replacement or refund right away.
Sizing issues
As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.
Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If you have any doubts, contact us and we’ll help you choose the right fit.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your package does not arrive:

After 21 days (EU),

After 30 days (USA/Canada),
please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement if required.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production.
Since production often begins within hours, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
EU Consumer Rights Notice
Moiratek’s products are custom-made and fall under the “goods made to the consumer’s specifications” exemption under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
This means the usual 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our made-to-order items.
However, your full rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items always remain protected.
