Here's what to expect once you place an order with Moiratek.

Processing time — Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. During peak periods (Black Friday, December), this may extend by 1–2 days.

Estimated delivery time — Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days — most orders complete in about 3–6 business days total from order to delivery.

Shipping costs — FREE U.S. Shipping today.

All shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Where we ship — We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking — All orders include tracking; a link is emailed once your package is dispatched.

Incorrect addresses — Please check your shipping address carefully — we can't refund or replace orders undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed deliveries — If significantly delayed or marked lost, contact us after 30 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
